Freshers to work with children/individuals in the Autism Spectrum and other developmental disorders. The individuals would be working to provide Applied Behavior Analyst therapy to children/individuals with special needs and working towards achieving the organisation’s mission and vision to create awareness on autism.
- Looking for a candidates who are passionate and dedicated to work with children with special needs.
- Has a drive to learn and update oneself regularly in oder to be able to provide best therapies for those in the autism spectrums.
- Degree in the field and other allied disciplines will be preferred.
- Good communication and writing skills will be an added advantage.
- The role will be accompanied with a training period to be able to learn the science of ABA.
The following requirements for the role is non negotiable.
- A graduation degree in any discipline is a must.
- Masters degree in the field or allied discipline will be an advantage
- Experience of working with children with special needs will be an added advantage.
- Good communication skills are vital.
- Should be able to read, write and speak in English and Hindi.
